We've been a the front of the battle this weekend and the enemy's darts have been being hurled fast and furious. Please saturate my family with your prayes. I am so phyiscally, emotionally and even spiritually exhausted. I have felt my Lord surrounding me and whispering commands in my ears and I am so thankful for that. But the enemy is trying to wear us down and he is slick and fast as he works with those closet to you. But I know the "God of the battle will defend me". I need to carry me today. I have some problems to deal with at work and I am so exhausted...I know your prayers will get me through. Then tonight there are other things I must deal with that calls for Divine wisdom.
When I have more time I will share the laughter, fun and fellowship that was in this weekend that included the Harts from Alabama and the men from men's retreat. Because there was laughter in the midst of the battle~sigh.

Praying!

I didn't know the Harts were up there! I love sister deborah! i bet alaska sure is a change from alabama. :P
and it sounds as though satan had a hayday with everyone this past weekend. keep us in your prayers too.
" For he put on righteousness as a breastplate, and an helmet of salvation upon his head; and he put on the garments of vengeance for clothing, and was clad with zeal as a cloke.
According to their deeds, accordingly he will repay, fury to his adversaries, recompence to his enemies; to the islands he will repay recompence.
So shall they fear the name of the LORD from the west, and his glory from the rising of the sun. When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the LORD shall lift up a standard against him.
And the Redeemer shall come to Zion, and unto them that turn from transgression in Jacob, saith the LORD.
As for me, this is my covenant with them, saith the LORD; My spirit that is upon thee, and my words which I have put in thy mouth, shall not depart out of thy mouth, nor out of the mouth of thy seed, nor out of the mouth of thy seed's seed, saith the LORD, from henceforth and for ever."
Isaiah 59:17-21
